It's a custom modification by "Xore" or someone, not exactly sure. It is based on the "Cash mod". Actually, on second thought, maybe the Cash mod for phpBB can do all of what is used on this site (multiple currencies, donations, conversions etc.)

the cash mod can do multiple currencies, donations, conversions. i used to use it on my site. you can also get bank and shop systems that work with it.

Xore is the creator of the Cash Mod for PhpBB actually, only Lifelesspeople is running a specially modified version. (You could modify yours too btw Silly)

LifelessPeople is running the Pay By Post Points (PBPP) system, made by Xore for LifelessPeople.

Cash MOD can do what the PBPP system does, with the exception of some features.

I coded a Points System from scratch. It's not exactly the same as the Xore's one... there are some features I don't need, some new ones and some other modified. I don't know really how Xore's Cash Mod is coded but It may be very different.
