How the heck does this thing work, anyway? I'm trying to create custom pages using my phpBB3 template, but that seems to be impossible. Oh yeah, modifying existing pages seems to be impossible as well. I have followed this tutorial, but it doesn't put any content onto the page. The only things that seem to work are the header and footer.

I have even tried changing my 'index_body.html' template, but it doesn't effect the index at all. Hell, I've even deleted 'index_body.html' and nothing changes. Shouldn't there be some sort of error when the page it tries to load doesn't exist?
