i have noticed that whenever i exported database on either zip file or a gunzip file, "auto_increment" value is strip out of the basic table structure. tested it more just recently if there was errors regarding inputing check marks on different options like "Add Auto Increment vale", still the same thing happen. Try checking on this export database if i'm the only one having these problems.

Note:
Haven't tried exporting individual tables yet if the same thing occurs on an individual table export.

Check the phpMyAdmin bug list to see if this is a bug in the 2.8.0.2 version.
