Hi,

We do not support Ruby on Rails due to its requirement that you have shell to operate it correctly. Ruby is supported as a CGI only.

Python is enabled with standard system extensions, but nothing special installed.

Not a problem at all.

Ruby on Rails is definitely popular and we have looked into supporting it, but unfortunately it is insecure as far as I can tell due to the requirement of shell access for it to operate correctly.

It may be supported at some point in the future, but there is no ETA to supporting it.
