This occasionally happens, but it gets on my nerves when it does.

I don't care about the time, instead I care about what it affects.

Sometimes when LifelessPeople lags, the time changes, making all new posts viewed... This make me mad because I don't know which topics have new posts or not, and I have to look at the last post's posted time, and some happened to be already answered by me.

And no, the "View posts since last visit" isn't gonna help at all. Since my last visited time is just one minute ago, there aren't any new posts at all.

The irritating bit for me with LLP and all phpbb forums is that when you leave the page, and go back to it some time later, none of the unread posts are shown. It would be much easier if they stayed as unread, not read

This isn't a problem, rather it's the nature of PHP forums which uses cookies.

Your session expires after a period of time, to prevent unauthorized use of your account.

Preserving unread posts as unread is possible for phpBB forums. There is a MOD for phpBB 2. Google for "unread" at the phpBB.com forums and see if you can find that MOD.

I am sure there is a MOD, because I used it before.
