I love L2P. And I still do but....

April's points weren't collected until well past mid-May. I had earned more than enough points for both April and May during the time that April's points weren't collected and now come June the points are mysteriously collected very early. That's about 2 weeks for collecting May's points which if you've seen, I had more than enough earned during May. So yea, I received a PM saying I was low on PBPP. Only -19 but it is ridiculous nonetheless the timing of PBPP collections.

Plus, when you have -19 PBPP, that doesn't mean you are suspended.

The system only requires you to have half of the required.

And the PM is an automated message if you are in the negatives, even if you are not suspended.

This is just for one month, and is just for once, so the message wasn't deactivated, and even Trel allowed people to open a support ticket to request for more time even if you can't get the PBPP on time.

He's doing it early so as not to repeat the same mistake again. And he can't just let us have a free month. That would seem ridiculous.

Well, it's a free service, so it's useless to complain. Even with those occasional glitches it's still the best free hosting service around. Besides, if you really feel you've been wronged, you could try talking to Trel about it and work something out.
