Security reconfigured to reduce annoyances

Our filters against HTTP attacks have been reconfigured to reduce the overall annoyances caused by the filters.

Posts containing things such as fopen or fwrite will no longer trip the filters. (At least it shouldn't.)

Several new filters have been added to reduce worm based attacks and generally help out our security. Also new rules are in place to greatly reduce comment spam for the bloggers on our service. (We havn't forgotten you!)
