This problem should be fixed for any future accounts, but accounts that see it now should create a folder named tmp one level above their public_html folder with the chmod 700 (0700).
Accounts created within the last 3 days will be the only ones to see this error. No other accounts should be effected. _________________ * Knowledge Base * Wiki * Forum FAQs * |

thank you trel once again your a life saver!!!
~EDIT~
Ok now I have another problem
| Quote: | Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.eow.l2p.net.conf" nor "awstats.conf" after searching in path ".,/usr/home/djrajir/tmp/awstats/,/etc/opt/awstats,/etc/awstats,/etc,/usr/local/etc/awstats": No such file or directory
- Did you use the correct URL ?
Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
- Did you create your config file 'awstats.eow.l2p.net.conf' ?
If not, you can run "./../../tools/awstats_configure.pl" from command line, or create it manually.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory). |
