It really is diabolical!

Why doesn't Mickey Mouse, or whoever provides us with the shoddy service, actually pull their finger out of their arse and get this problem sorted?

Your language is inappropriate to the forum, but the sentiment is valid.

Technical issues occupy the majority of my time at the moment as things are rewritten for cPanel 11, but this problem is now fixed.

thanks for that Trel - i think Kidley's post came from the frustration that no-one had replied to any questions our admin had about the site being down, so as far as we knew, nothing was being done about it.

still - thanks for gettting it back up and running - what was the problem?
