I believe that you can cancel you hosting by submitting a support ticket requesting it get cancelled. Don't know how long that method would take. You can also let you pbpp be too low for a couple of months and it would get cancelled that way

No it won't, and it will even cause him more trouble with negative PBPP.

Just open a support ticket and wait for it to be processed.

The main reason is that I want to spend more time on my site.

The point system makes me nervous, that I have to post something every month, even I know most of these topic is not so interesting. Sad

I think that i am going to go ahead and move my sites to a different server for a while also. The random downtime that lasts hours+ without any explanation isn't good, neither is the almost total absence of any real staff member here including Trel.

It's getting to weird and weary, and i feel that i'd be risking alot to trust my sites on the host right now.

But i do plan on leaving my hosting account active, and posting here still Very Happy

So maybe when things get more stable i can switch back to the hosting.

Don't know why, but it seems my account is still on the list.

If not, how comes that I got -400 points without the hosting in LLP?

Or I have no choice but still have to fight for the points every month?

If the account is cancelled then put a support ticket in to get it looked at and the points reset. If you still have hosting then you still need to pay for it

Don't worry about your points. I ran the points update before I was ready to complete the PBPP accounting process. The rest of the PBPP billing will be delayed while I resolve the suPHP issue and I finish up the next phase of project grits and gravy.
