Since some wants the site saved, while some may be on for a new site, I do have a suggestion.

Since Graeme is missing now, someone can just take the lead and start a new site.

When Graeme is back and when he finally decides to revive the site, the two sites can be merged, or a new site can be started again, by taking bits and pieces from the two sites.

Well, since the entire site was moved to a new server, none of the administrators have been able to gain access to the AdminCP, nor can anyone get into the main site.

Still, the whole place has gone to the dogs, and all it really is these days is a place for one person to slag off another, so it is not really a great loss. The best members left a long while since, and aside from the previously mentioned member versus member abuse fest, it's been a graveyard recently anyway.

Shame really....

Ironic really as most of the problems seem to of been with you Chris.

Not looking for a fight it's a fact.

Like PSB said start it again with a fresh mixture of mods.

The same people who are in here slating the fact they are supporting it will be back in a month or so posting and continuing to whine about the fact they are the ones doing all the donkey work - well stop doing it then. Simple really.

Still no word from Graeme.

Great chance to start afresh and put to bed the old rows and squabbles as SE mentioned and it's been passed up.

I agree with out with the old mods and in with new ones.

I've gone, apart from the odd warning and a few banned porn bots and off course my personal vendetta against Doiufy (so he tells me) I didn't have to do a lot on there toward the end as hardly anyone bothered with the place for me to moderate.
PSB should go as she hasn't done anything since Shergar went missing. I don't mean that to sound like I am having a go at her, although I probably am! But it always seemed to me that she is living of her moderating reputation of 2 years ago, name me something she has done for the site since her blog sub forum thing.
SE13 should step down take a chill pill and not get so worked up over what people say to him on a forum. If you don't want people to wind you up about personal problems then don't tell them about them in the first place. Surely if you supply people with the ammunition they will use it to get back at you one day.
Out of all the mods, I think Simmo should stay. Not for his brilliant modding on the forum, he's less active then a corpse in Peter Tobin's sandpit. But the work he has done to help design the new look website (so good he broke it!)
Apart from Shearers Shirt (who has said he quits already) I think I have covered all the mods.

Maybe give the plastic mods the chance to show what they can do with a whole forum instead of little sections

I haven't done anything because there's nothing for me to do when I come online, you busybodies spend all your sodding time fretting over everything before I even get the chance to get up to speed! I used to love coming on the forums and in the earlier modding days was pretty power crazed like you lot but I can see now that there reeeeeally isn't much point in paying any bit of notice to what anyone says. It's either sarcastic, moronic or pure garbage, but you take the rough with the smooth don't you.
The only way to make a fair board is for there to be temporary mods helping out with the teething problems, getting everyone signed up etc then scrap them all and simply hold a vote as to who the readers want to mod them. It's not down to 'who should go' or 'who spends all their time on the board' to be chosen, it should be down to a simple poll.
No arguements. No tantrums. No cocky remarks.

Is someone gonna start a new forum? I think it's the perfect time to do it, a fresh start would be good. It was a good forum very addictive but it was a constant battle for the majority of users so I reckon someone with enough experience and time should start a new forum.
