Here are some suggestions and comments.
I don't know if i was not looking hard enough for it is just not there,but i can't find what your hosting has. Like does it have a database, How much mb do you get. And i went to the RIPN website it said stuff like canceled com.nr names. Does that mean that the hosting here still can't get it.

And my most important question is "Do you have to download anything here for your website or do you just provide it for us?

Unless you ment .com.ru . Yes you can still get the .net.ru. But I do believe .com.ru's are no more.

You don't have to download anything.
Everything is browser based. Altough, you can download an FTP program (such as FileZilla) to help you transfer files. It comes in handy when you have a few hundreds.

RIPN does provide registration for .***.ru domains, excluding .com.ru. They have stopped registration for second-level .ru domains, and this happened a very long time ago.

If you want a free .***.ru as the primary (main) domain for your hosting account, first check if the domain you want is taken up with the whois service at RIPN. Remember, .com.ru is not available!

If it's available, you may place the .***.ru domain you wanted in the domain box in the hosting application.

If you want more .***.ru domains for your hosting, you may request them through the helpdesk by opening a support ticket, but bear in mind one cost 100 VSP (VSP, not PBPP), and the number of domains you can request depends on how many addons domain you can have.

If let's say you can only have 3 addon domains for your hosting account, that means other than the primary domain, you can request 3 more .***.ru domains for your hosting.

The 100 VSP is a one-time fee. After paying 100 VSP, no more is needed.

The domains are properties of LifelessPeople. You will not be able to switch nameservers. This means you can only use it here, and only here.

And by the way .co.nr is a redirect domain, which you cannot use it here. You may, of course, use it to redirect to your site.
