State of the L2P and 300.000 Posts Milestone

Hello everyone!

This is a special State of the L2P because it comes just after our 300.000 post milestone. At this time I want to congratulate each and every one of you for this accomplishment. This is a great time for L2P and each of you have played a part in making this community great.

Quite a few of you have been curious why there have been no announcements or new features lately. At this time L2P is one of the most featureful providers anywhere with a good bit of our technology being deployed internally only. I feel we are at a point where the webhosting itself has reached a good stopping point for feature development. For now at least.

At this point I am preparing a launch of http://www.xecutek.com/ (Shameless plug: If you are good with website designs see here.) which will return the part of the original vision of LPNL that was lost with the Pay by Post(tm) Points system was implemented on L2P.

It will be the property dedicated to providing services to websites with a positive social impact. Political websites, social awareness websites, and more like them will be welcome there. More of the public service side of LPNL.

On the L2P homefront more resources are being put towards reducing account setup and ticket response times. Also work has begun on updating site documentation and adding more FAQs for features that were poorly documented or completely undocumented.
