Well, It has been 9 or 10 days since I signed up for hosting at Life less people. It said I would have to wait 5-7 days before my application would be approved. Well, I have waited more than 5-7 days and wrote Trel an email and have not gotten a response from anyone!
Naturally, I'm frustrated and would like to have my hosting application approved so I can start up my webpage once again.
Thanks,

I know what you feel. The problem is that Trel is very busy. I'm still waiting for a support ticket submited 20 days ago. Tomorrow my domain expires and I don't have the new one setup.... so, don't worry; It's not only you. _________________ http://martin.com.uy

Wow... I'm worried will I ever get hosting then? Why does it say 5-7 days if it really isn't 5-7 days? Maybe Trel needs some staff to help out a bit. In the past when I signed up for free hosting on other sites, I was approved within 12hrs. I guess its quite different here.
Is this host going down or something? I don't mean to be negative, but I'm surprised this host has lasted this long with this type of support. _________________ [img:a4f912901a]http://www.asusreviews.com/forum/images/logo.gif[/img:a4f912901a]

Well, things used to be better in the past.. Support tickets were usually answered within 2-3 days, and my hosting application had been accepted within just 48 hours..
I don't think it's going down or anything, it's just that Trel has been busy for a long time now... Let's hope for a better LLP _________________ It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

The hosting is working good.
Trel is busy, and I believe when he is back, he would bring us something new. |

Sorry I can't help.
I remembered that I was using an other free hosting when I was applying the free service here. I moved my stuff here a few days after I had the hosting, and that took me about 20 days or even more.
But I think I could understand your feeling, it is so hard to wait for nothing back to you.
I noticed once that Trel's using IRC, maybe you can try that. |

I assume Trel did not hire any staff to help him with the hosting because he treats this as a project, that's why you don't see any paid plans.
And if I'm not wrong Trel is the only person managing. He used to be quite active in the past, going on IRC, and hosting applications and support tickets are answered in a few days.
I don't know what happened recently. _________________ Jacky

Lifelesspeople seems to be going down hill at the moment, the support here at the moment isn't very good at all any more with the points not being reset and support tickets not being answered. I have a friend trying to get his hosting cancelled, and to be honest i think he should just let it expire, but he wants to help me host and doesn't want the negative balance any lower than it already is _________________ Midnight Tempest - A Sailor Moon TCG

It seems no body knows what is going on these days, and I do a little worry about this. |

Although that might be a good idea, it's easier said than done.. Moving files and especially mySQL databases is a huge pain.. Moreover, it's a bit bizzare to buy a paid hosting for a couple of days or weeks. _________________ It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
