strange problem with website

This only seems to do it in FireFox, IE it shows up fine in

http://midhertsscouts.com/

Theres a huge gap at the top of the screen and i cant work out why.

The template is a copy of another site i've done and that one doesn't have the problem.

Can anyone spot the problem?

I don't know what the problem is exactly, but there is no need for all the positioning that has been used in the CSS. It's very poorly coded if you ask me.

I managed to come up with a quick fix though, although it is a little messy.

Change the body part in your CSS to this (remembering to put a semi-colon after the hexadecimal!):
