I filed a support ticket requesting that my account be switched to L2Perfect. It was closed without a response. I fulfill all of the requirements, so I assumed that I had been switched over.
When I click on the "Hosting" link in the row of buttons at the top of the page (the one that leads to the page with all of the graphs), it displays everything as if I were still on the L2Play plan.
cpanel still displays my maximum bandwidth as 5GB / mo, which corresponds to L2Play.
I'm guessing that my account was not switched over. Anything I can do?

Also, I switched my e-mail address on the forums, and the change doesn't seem to reflect on the support panel, so email regarding support tickets doesn't ever get to me (I sold the domain that I used to use for email). I also changed it in cpanel, but can't find anywhere in the support panel to change my email address. Is there anything I can do?
edit: I'm going to put in a support ticket regarding the email address change, but leaving the former issue here since it was ignored(?) on the support site.
