So anyone else as exited as I am about the changes that will come in 2008? I can't wait to know what will happen! Also this post of Trel:

I don't want to give away the secret, but let me just say that VSP will be more useful in 2008 when some changes come to the hosting plans. |
is making me really, really exited about the changes coming and I guess this month I'll keep my VSP instead of immediately changing it over to RDP. 
So what do you guess/hope will change, besides the PHPBB3 upgrade which is coming for sure?
My guess is the way of paying for your hosting is going to change, since Trel said that VSP will become a lot more useful. I hope that the changes will make posting here as fun as it used to be so many years back and maybe that getting your monthly requirement becomes easier so that a lot of people stop posting just to get their PBPP.

Read the F.A.Q. about PBPP, VSP and RDP.
VSP is Virtual Shop Points. It will never be used for paying hosting. And it's highly impossible that the payment method is going to change.
By useful it can have lots of meanings.

Perhaps Trel is going to open a Virtual Shop. So, instead of only being able to use VSP in the Bargain Boutique, we'll be able to buy stuff for the site in this virtual shop. No idea what kind of stuff it could possibly though...
