Wanna Make a Political Comic.

Im thinking of creating a Political Comic, but not the newspaper kind more like http://www.penny-arcade.com or something like that.
Anybody want to help me? I dont even know how i would set it up in photoshop, quite yet and i dont think i can draw well (I dont very well and anyway drawing with a laptop is nearly impossible, my dad has a tablet but he is normally gone.

I am still thinking of how i want to have it set up and whatnot. I kinda like the idea of wordpress and a layout (But not look) Similar to http://sourceforge.net/project....._id=228008

What i need is help with Ideas and Graphics, And if somebody could make me a outline to use in Photoshop that would be nice.

I would appreciate it if somebody could help me.

This type of project never gets off the ground unless the person that came up with the idea actually does most, if not all of the work the first 10 comics.

Ok im gonna start trying to figure out what it is gonna be and making the comic. Right now my basic idea is,

In a somewhat alternate version of America, still fighting Russian Communism and afraid of a mass nuclear attack on Washington to try to get rid of all of americas political system and bring us to anarchy congress drafts a extremely long Version of the Line of succsession. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_Succession_Act)
And as a result we end up with the most random people taking up high political office (Such as say President Sarah Palin (Now president because she was in Alaska and was safe from the bomb, and some other random politician (I dunno how about ron paul (really have no clue ) Becomes VP and some trigger law saying if more than 1/2 of congress is dead (2/3 would be) Then no elections are to be held until they normally would be and just elected officials from the district are somehow selected.

So that suddenly the mayor of Crawford TX is the Minority leader and The president of the Brooklyn School board is the House Speaker.

Kinda need somebody to help me with ideas etc (thus im asking.)

I wish I could help, I wanted to do my own webcomic as well, but I had about the same problems I had no ideas and no talent, and nowadays, I don't have the time anymore.

Maybe you should ask people at your school for ideas.
