Okay i made a request about 2 and a half weeks ago and i haven't get any answeer yet. It's not that i'm mad at you guys for keeping me waiting or somthing it's just that i want to know how long could it take at the most to aprove a web hosting account.???

I've been waiting for 12 days now and still no word. Maybe it has to do something with our post count

If I remembered correctly, you will receive an email after you get approved. That was what happened to me when I got approved in Jan 2005 (that's why I said "if I remembered correctly").
