At some point along the way it is possible your choices in what stats to run for each of your domains or subdomains has been reset.

Please go back into the Stats Select screen and rechoose those you would like ran.

Note: Also stats are only being run once every 24 hours now and will only be allowed to run during certain hours to prevent server overloads.
