The only real problem that I see on LP is the PBPP points not being processed on time. Perhaps some attention could be made to automating the process by putting it into a cron job or something similar. It is a bit disconcerting when the PBPP calculations are continually late. It makes one feel that maybe Lifelesspeople is about to disappear.

It can't be that difficult to do can it? If you need some help with that I'd be happy to put some time into it myself.

Also, there are about 5000 users on LP. It's obvious most of them don't post anymore some perhaps for quite a long time. Maybe it's time to delete the unused accounts those being people who haven't posted in a six months or a year?

As for new stuff, well that depends what you hope to happen here. I can see that the place needs a fresh look. Some adjustment to the "look and feel" wouldn't be out of order. If you wanted something completely different perhaps you might want to think about community portal software a la Facebook (facelesspeople?). Is there some Free/Open Source facebook-like software out there? If not, would you have the interest or inclination to start such a project or host it's development? Is there still such an interest in this sort of stuff or is Facebook just a fad that has run its course?
Old accounts will never be deleted. Trel has made this clear, because people may come back anytime.

The present skin is the best for LifelessPeople. I hate it when people change things that suits, and replace with something that looks out of shape.

I agree with the fact that there's no need to change the look of llp. I'm used to this one and I like this one so I don't need changes. New members don't know if it's a new look or not anyway.

And my guess is that the look will change anyway when we upgrade to phpBB3.

From a design perspective, I think it should be clear what the site is about on first sight. If you click on "home" the only thing that suggests hosting is the link in the menu. Aside from that, the homepage doesn't really have any attractive content or introduction.

I agree, this is a pretty big thing. Whenever I've linked anyone to Lifeless People, I've had to explain what the site is about myself because you wouldn't know anything just by taking a look at the homepage or reading forum posts.
