Hello, I made a website for my class in Jan of this year. Once the semester was over, I forget about the website and let it terminated. In march, I wanted my site backup again since it was terminated. I had -400 points I think and I made it some posts to get it to 100 something points. I got busy again and gave up on making more posts. Now I come back and i have -1600 points? How is it possible that I gain negative points while my hosting is terminated? I could do it with -400 points but -1600 points? Man, that will take me a long time to get back to positive again!

Alot of people experience this.

Just create a support ticket and you'll get it resolved.
Trel usually resets the points if you have a valid reason. Also. he's very cool and helpful.

Your hosting was NOT terminated when you did not make it to the amount required.

The system requires you to have at least half of the required PBPP each month so as not to get suspended.

If you get less than half of the required, you are therefore suspended. Your account is still on the server, therefore you will still be charged accordingly.

Hmm I got this on my pm on March 3rd of 2007..

Quote:
Hello Peter

Your hosting account has been flagged for termination. This happens for any of the following reasons:

* You failed to achieve half of your PBPP requirements for last two consecutive months
* You fell below your PBPP requirements for the past three consecutive months
* Your current negative balance is more than 2/3 of your total hosting costs over the past 3 months

While your account has been (or soon will be) terminated, a backup may be kept on the server for up to 3 months. To reactivate your account, first achieve a positive PBPP balance, then open a support ticket to reactivate the account.
