In the past, I will got my service suspended. But the last time I get -400 my site still online.....Does the policy changed?

As far as I know, two months in a row get your account suspended. One month does not as long as you have earned half the needed amount. Maybe there were changes, I don't know...

The system has not changed, but as far as you have accumulated half the points required by your plan, you don't have your account suspended.

umm, but my site is online even I don't have half of the point
p.s. now my site is still here as i has the negative point...I don't have the half of point in this month.
although this is not bad (even I should say...great) as my site won't disappear from the internet, but I just want to know what happened.

When you don't achieve at least half of the required PBPP, your hosting account gets suspended.
If you get suspended for two months in a row, you get terminated.

my site got terminated.
The most strange thing is, it go straight to the termination, without the suspended.
I will open a support ticket ask for why...
