How did you endup here? Or how are you still here? Is it because of the host? or is it because of the community.

As for me, Well i -as im sure like most of you- started as just hosting. And after all, all i needed back than was just host. yet as the time passed by, i realize there are things to share with somebody, somebody else than your neighbor or your partner or your boss.(this must be what they call community feeling)

Im living in a foreign country which i never wished(or guessed few years back than) to live. Now i have little things to consider as now im moving away yet to another foreign country due to my job. And only thing that im going to carry with me would be l2p.

So whats your story Very Happy

i came here when i was banned on buildtolearn, as i had a massive chunk of empty time. but i think that being banned on buildtolearn might have been a rather excellent thing to happen to me.

Why were you banned there? I'm a member there too but for some reason I can't access the site. *offtop, is it down or something?

Ya I started first with the hosting which I cancelled eventually because I my parents finally agreed to pay for my hosting. Along the way I started to love the forum itself. It's a big community with many good ideas and wise brains.

i got banned for harrassing other members and moderators, creating flaming debates, and as pyro said in the suspension part, before he edited, promoting communisim. he edited that out, but thats off topic.

i think that this host really is one of the bests on the web. great packs, great community, and they offer .ext.ru domains. and thats awesome. you don't find many hosts with as good of servers anyway.

I first came here, alike most, for the hosting and to learn PHP//MySQL. Once i posted and took alook around the forums i knew I would be here for awhile.

The community is great, friendly, helpful, polite, which is more than can be said of 80% of the forums out there. LP is a great place to come if you need help, feel like a chatter, or just show off your skills. Theres quite alot of active posters that do not actually have hosting, or plan to in the future, which just goes to show how great the forums and community really is.

Took me awhile to find LP, but i got here in the end Very Happy.

The staff are great, efficient and helpful. Trel seems to never stop working! Shocked

LP is always being improved, always growing, lets just hope it sticks around for awhile yet Wink

LLP is probably the best host I've ever had. I've gone through several hosts, LLP being the most reliable. Other ones have gone out of business and were not reliable. I also like this community. Talking with other people is fun. Very Happy

I came here 2 years ago because I needed to get away from the ad mongrul known as freehomepage.com and I needed more space and bandwidth! It took me a long time to find lifelesspeople, as it was not popular 2 years ago, but when I did find it I knew it was the best possible free host.

Why do I stay? I love the hosting. Why is it easy for me to stay? I have a debate complex.

Seriously, though, this is the best place to be.

I came here just too find reliable hosting. Then found out here is a great forum too! Active and many people to help and answer your questions.
It took me a really really long search to came here. Came accross over 50 free hosting sites and stopped right by here.

Why I am here? I am here for free hosting of cause.
How I am here? I am not here on purpose, I just search the whole internet aimless, trying to find a reliable and stable free hosting. When I was here, I did have worried about the service here for a long time. How can I know the hosting here is the right one fit my need? And I have to post for a count of PBPP before getting a hosting space.
I spent days in the forum and just read posts, the rules here are strict, there are just a few Chinese in this forum, only English is allowed, and so many things are needed to read and understand.
At first I just want to have a try and get a hosting here like I've being doing the same thing on other free hosting site. But now, after I past my site here and stay days(only one month), I have my own knowledge about LLP.
All I want to tell is just stay here in the forum and you will get your own understanding of LLP by yourself.

I came here mainly for hosting. But the community is very good also. The hosting here is great! It seems hard to find a good paid host which is as good as LLP. I like forums as well, they keep new info flowing. I also like the .com.ru extensions, they are about as close to a .com name you can get without having to pay any money. I think I found LLP at one of those places that list hosts. I saw LLP and didn't think a place called "Life Less People" would be a very good host, but it turned out to be one of the best hosts I have ever seen!

Maybe some of you know me in January, though I wasn't quite active at that time. An example might be Bart416 (or SolidRaven).

I am at a forum where Trel was a moderator there. He advertise his hosting service everywhere. People asked where to find hosting, and he directed them here.

One day I am a little curious so I decided to visit the link he left in his signature. I browse through here.

Finally, on 1 Jan 2005, I made up my mind and registered. I didn't quite like this idea then, and at that time I was totally a newbie, and said posting for 200 PBPP for one month (for the lowest plan, L2Plan) was very hard. Now I got 900 over PBPP and close to 1000. And even got 2000 over in the previous two months.

In January/February, Vanir I was taken offline, and all accounts are transferred to Aesir. As Vanir I was taken offline, the plan L2Plan then started to be cancelled.

I was then transferred back to Asgard II, and I am on L2Play. I was only prepared to get 200 PBPP a month, so I stayed away from L2P for 2 months. I landed myself in debts when I came back in April.

Trel decided to help me. With nothing, I started all over again and posted a lot. In that month I achieved 2000 over PBPP. That is the first time I got 2000.

At first in January I came here for the sake of the hosting. I see many hosts which are quite interesting, and decided to try some of them. L2P was one of them.

But now I came here for the forums and the hosting. I simply cannot stay away from L2P for half a day, let alone one whole day. L2P is hosting my main site too, and I am proud of that. Now I have two hosts hosting my sites, although I still visit here a lot.

Now I realised that posting isn't hard here at L2P. There are always new posts.

This is my story. Silly
