Which one of these names is better. I like both of them.
I have Neoize which is pronounced Ne-O (like the dude in the matrix - ize
like you take something and neo it, ha, which means new and different.
Or Neoium which is a completely unique name i thought up.
You pronounce it Ne-o-I-um or however.
Personally I'm attached to Neoize for a reason. Maybe because i had it longer. well actually i bought it over a year ago, and sold it, but then it recently expired so i grabbed it up again. i like it more for some reason, but alot of people read it wrong. And it kinda looks like noise
i want a domain with Neo in it for some reason, and one that isnt very long.
Neoium sounds cleaner and more professional i think.
i am wanting to use one of these domains for my tech-related site.
Which one do you like more? _________________

I think that's the first time I've seen 4 different consecutive vowels. Still, I also prefer neoium to neoize. And it can be bastardised to "ne-o-yum" in the same way as what has happened to "aliminium" when spelt and pronounced the correct non-American way. Ironically, the ones who spell it right are now pronouncing it wrong.
As for people reading it wrong, it's a tendency to group letters. Processing consecutive one letter syllables does not come easily. |

For some reason I prefer Neoize, it's easier to pronounce and it sounds better in my opinion. Don't know why though, I just feel that way _________________ .// Proud to be Lifeless for more then 6 years \\. |

For a tech-related site (I suppose tech reviews of some kind) I think Neoium is better.
Neoize sounds like some Web 2.0 verb that somehow relates to RSS feeds and AJAX. _________________ If you can read this, my post is on an alternating background. |

Well, I like them both. But I think the Neoize is better. I pronounce it Ne Oize like a mis-shape of Noise. I dunno. I think both are good.
If I were you I'd use the Neoize to make a music site, maybe one for electronic underground music. But that's just me. _________________ No websites, No Job, No funny quote to insert here? My Signature is rather boring. |

wow that does sound like a good idea, but what exactly is "under ground music" like independent people making their own music? or like warez or something? _________________

Independent/unsigned music and artists. Warez are bad. You could make it a community based on that. Have reviews, guides, anything. You could do it all with a forum too so that you don't really have to do too much yourself.
One thing you could do is setup different sections and sub-sections. So setup and underground rap section, then under that suggestions/reviews, and such. Then you could have electronic, pop, etc etc. It could work out great since you already have a great domain. _________________ No websites, No Job, No funny quote to insert here? I actually have rouble remembering both And I guess it's hard to type it without making an error. So I basically wouldn't use it as a domain name
However, if I really had to choose, Neoium would be the best one. _________________ My new site |

yeah but the idea is to create a unique name that isn't already taken
NeoTech is a good name since it has a keyword and everything, so good that it was registered in 1996.
Heck if we're going to say good names period then Neo.com would be better than all _________________

NeoNaziTech sounds good too, doesn't? NNT? Oh, it doesn't? Ohhhh...
In my opinion, no self respecting domain should be so specific. It is really annoying, because from that domain, unless you are going to pull a 180, all you can ever do is tech. And frankly, tech blows, and there's enough **** blogs for it. Plus, NeoTech just sounds really lame. _________________ No websites, No Job, No funny quote to insert here? yeah. I don't like domains that are limited to anything. I like the unique brandible names that could mean anything because they're just names.
But i'm kinda over the entire Neo thing, ha. _________________
