I did not post this because the points were not converted, rather I post a request to change my primary domain for my hosting.

It's been a week, and it's still not replied to...

So I was wondering that Trel might be away for a long time again...

Yep, seems so. I'm not complaining though, since I'm as late as ever with my point gathering.

The other way round. The deduction took place on the 1st, the check on the 7th.

Trel mentioned before that if such thing does happen (such thing meaning he was too busy till he forgotten L2P), contact a moderator about it.

The moderators here have extra ways to contact him.

I seriously doubt that Trel ever really forgets about Lifelesspeople. He's just busy with real life stuff.

The points never get deducted on the 1st of the month. It's been this way for at least a year now.

It usually happens in the first week though.

But after the last screw up, it was stated that everything was now in order, and points would be collected on the first of every month as per previous.

Yet again, this has not happened, and yet again we have limited time to make the required pointage.

Already we are cut to 28 days, and who knows when these points will be collected.

Sorry, but while I appreciate that people have better things to do than internet forums, there are people who wish their sites to remain open. If the points are to be collected on the first, collect them. It's simply not fair on people to have this "I wonder when my points will be collected" every month.

PLEASE can someone respond with some news.....

Again, Trel seems to be gone Surprised

I also see some other topics were people complain they're not being approved, the support tickets aren't being read, and the points still aren't deducted yet? Strange Confused

Well you should read my first post.

That is the reason why I created this topic...

^^ Point taken, but it still doesn't get over the fact that our points have still not been collected. It's now the fifth day of the month, which means five less days this month to collect the required amount. And this despite promises that everything was back to normal, and the firk-ups from last time would not happen again.

And also, no-one from senior level can provide an answer......

Points deducted but no support ticket answered yet. I'm in the 400 plan and I think it's not going to be possible to switch this month Sad
