Well, some of them are personal, but I do like the fact that other people can see them. I think I said soemthing like that already, actually. Anyway, if I put real work into something, I want more than just a handful of people seeing it. _________________

Then I'd recommend Vimeo. It has high quality video, a clean interface, and it can be used for both private and public videos. _________________ Come visit Shattered Abstracts! (Photoblog!) |

Will many people see the videos I upload, like on Youtube? A couple of my videos have over 600 views, and a few others have 100 or so. One of my videos isn't really a video, it's just a song playing with text, but it has about 600,000 views at the moment since there's no official video for the song. I also have 53 subscribers at the moment. Anyway, I just want my work (sometimes with the help of a friend with a video camera) to be appreciated by more than a handful of people, because that's boring _________________

If that's so what's stopping the pirates from doing that to escape from the law?

I used to have over 2000 subscribers and over 10,000 views for each video.
As to what I uploaded it's a secret. _________________

I doubt they would let you apload anything from WMG or whatever. Apparently there's some issue between Youtube and WMG, or so I heard. I don't know exactly who to point fingers at though. _________________

I think there is a much less flood of visitors to Vimeo than YouTube, naturally. But the ones who do surf Vimeo tend to be more professional or looking for some well produced videos. YouTube is for the bored kid in grade 9 looking for something to do while his teacher rambles on. _________________ Come visit Shattered Abstracts! (Photoblog!) |

That's EXACTLY who I want to have looking at my videos! For real though, I think I'll just stick with Youtube and get over it. More people in general use it, and that problem is only affecting one of my videos so far. Plus, I don't think Youtubians will allow it to continue much longer!
Well, whatever. Youtube is too popular to have these types of problems stick around. _________________
